Our preferred system is a modern hot melt system only utilised in the commecial roofing industry up until now, with most big companies bragging that the hot melt will outlast the building.

This system is a build up of 3-6 layers depending on the particular roof. Firstly hot melt is applied to a primed roof deck followed by a torch on felt underlay and finally a torch on mineral felt providing UV protection for the hotmelt underneath. This is a non-tracking, self healing system, meaning if the roof is damaged (within reason), the hot melt welds itself together to seal any leaks. Non-tracking meaning if there ever was to be a leak, the water cannot track through the roof and will show directly underneath the defect to avoid any hassle when repairing.

Included in our price for this system is as follows:
